All orders placed with Brought To Reality are made to order. Therefore please make sure shipping address is correct. Wrong Address - If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Please double check your address before submitting order.
Brought To Reality does not issue refunds or returns if the customer simply ordered the wrong color or size, please verify that you order exactly what you like. However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such. In case a replacement order is necessary,please contact broughttoreality@gmail.com to re-issue the same product or issue a refund.
