All products are unique and custom produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product. We recommend that if you question the size, please size up.
Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the Print Provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Brought To Reality is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. Customers are responsible for entering the right information for the order they place. Please double check your order and address before submitting your order.
However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such. Or offer a refund. In case a replacement order is necessary, please mail the product(s) back to Brought To Reality at 4751 Preserve Pkwy N, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80121.
If issues arise and a replacement is in order, please contact broughttoreality@gmail.com to re-issue the same product or issue a refund.
